Vacation ownership at the Neptune House resort on Block Island offers a wide range of opportunities to enjoy the on-site facilities as well as the island’s beaches and open spaces.  The 23 spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condominium units sit on two-and-a half acres of landscaped property and come with an full package of amenities.

If you would like to own a piece of the Block, units conferring the right to use during the same week every year are available for purchase from the resort.  Purchases are deeded transactions just like any other purchase of real estate.  Ownership automatically confers membership in the Neptune House Owners Association which owns the resort’s common property and unsold units/weeks.

Most available inventory is in the spring and fall, but summer units periodically become available for purchase.  All units have full kitchens and patios or decks looking out over the hills or at the water.
