Spring/Fall Rentals in 2024

Looking for a spring or fall getaway? Come to Block Island, New England’s other island getaway!

Walk the beautiful beaches when the crowds are gone; breathe in the crisp, clean air as you hike the many trails that crisscross the island; play tennis or pickleball on our new court using your own equipment or equipment that we provide; and even take a dip in our outdoor heated pool. Then relax with a hot drink in front of our fire pits while you watch the sun go down.

Neptune House offers spring and fall rentals in our studio units and in our one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites – all with full kitchens and many with decks looking out at the water and hills.

Make Neptune House your home away from home. You’ll be glad you did.

Please note that Neptune House is a vacation resort, not a hotel or B&B. All rentals require a three-night minimum stay. The reservation window runs from Saturday through Friday night. Reservations that include consecutive Friday-Saturday night stays cannot be accommodated.
